Yoga is for everyone – 1 week – Session 1

June 17 @ 7:00 pm - June 21 @ 8:00 pm


Online: Google meet link will be sent upon enrollment

1 hour of yoga that will include warm up, yoga asans and pranayam

What to expect:

  • Sessions will be conducted via google meet
  • Start with warm up exercises for every joint and muscle group
  • Yoga asanas – we will add more asanas as the group gets comfortable
  • End with Pranayama followed by shavasana

You will need the following:

  • A quiet place
  • Yoga mat
  • Access to a laptop

No prior experience necessary
